As our jewelry is not mass-produced or taken from existing stock, a certain amount of production time is required before your order can be shipped.

Yes. In addition to semi-custom orders—such as changing the materials, gemstones, or sizing of an existing design—HOALL also accepts enquiries for fully custom-made jewelry, depending on the nature of the request.
We will discuss your design ideas, budget, preferred materials and gemstones, and the occasion for which the jewelry will be worn, before proposing a piece tailored to your individual wishes.

Yes. Every HOALL piece comes with a certificate of authenticity, and we provide ongoing repair and maintenance services.
